What are your hours?
Our hours are typically 9:00-5:00 Monday-Saturday for hair - with late appointments or additional days available by request.

How do I know who to book with?
If you have never worked with one of our stylists, please give us a call so we can help you decide the best fit. Things to consider are both style and hours of availability. Price may also be a consideration. We would be happy to help you make your choice!
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee availability. If a stylist is available we will be happy to accommodate you.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We stand behind our work! If you are unhappy with your hair or other service, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right for you. Please note that the lifespan of your color can only be guaranteed when proper shampoo and conditioner are purchased.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We know life happens. We ask that you give us as much time as possible should you need to cancel. Ideally 48 hours or more.
Late appointment policy
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we will likely need to rescheduled your appointment. If your stylist can complete your requested service in the time remaining, they will happily do so, however, be prepared that you will need to reschedule.
How do I know what type of appointment to book?
If you are a new client, we strongly suggest you call to identify what you will need. Existing clients, just ask your stylist!
Where can I find pricing information?
Pricing is shown, where possible, online in the section seen when you click Book an Appointment. Keep in mind, that often what you think you need, may not be what we believe will be needed to achieve your goals. As a result any prices shown online should be used as a budgetary number only. Prices can and do vary once we determine exactly what you need done to accomplish the look you are hoping for. We will always be happy to give you the price ahead of your service, so please do not hesitate to ask!
